Job summary

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, forward thinking subject expert to lead one of our most popular and successful post-16 courses. The psychology department at Sharnbrook has high aspirations for its students and proven success in terms of results and student uptake. The successful applicant should possess exceptional psychology subject knowledge together with a creative and innovative approach to teaching and learning including the ability to integrate ICT effectively into their teaching. You will be committed to developing the programme of curricular and co-curricular study for psychology, able to coach and support others in the small team to deliver excellent outcomes, and be self-motivated with a natural desire to educate young people. You will also provide pastoral support to students through our pastoral tutoring system.
