Are you ready for Leadership development within the high performing Outwood Grange Academies Trust? Outwood Grange Academy are looking for a well-qualified and outstanding classroom practitioner as Head of RE and PSHCE.

This is a crucial middle management position of responsibility: the person appointed will provide academic and pedagogical leadership of the department and will work closely with the Senior Leadership team as part of our commitment in putting ‘Students First’. You will be an inspiring leader with the energy and creativity to lead and motivate a team. You must possess the skills and determination to make a significant difference to the lives of our students.

You will be an excellent teacher with the ability to deliver across the key stages. You will also have the leadership experience and the ability to challenge individuals within your team whilst supporting them to achieve outstanding results.

You will be joining a highly innovative, inspirational and ambitious organisation, so we are seeking outstanding candidates who can realise the highest possible quality of services to support our educational vision. Your strong leadership and ability to provide effective support to colleagues will enable the organisation to achieve the best possible outcomes for all of our students. This appointment represents an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to contribute substantially to the ongoing success at both GCSE and A level.
