Sir John Lawes School seeks an enthusiastic and inspirational Head of Religious Education to teach across the age and ability range. This post offers the opportunity to lead the faculty as it continues to grow with new opportunities.
The successful applicant will have a clear vision for the faculty and the strategic leadership skills to deliver improvements. You will be an outstanding practitioner who has the vision, energy and drive to further improve standards of achievement and ensure teaching is of the highest across all key stages.
The School is part of Scholars’ Education Trust (SET), an established, cross phase, multi-academy trust formed in 2012. We know that recruiting and retaining the best possible staff underpins all our success and so we place great emphasis on CPD and support for staff at all levels. Sir John Lawes has been a National Support School since 2009 and we also benefit from the many opportunities for collaborative work that come from our membership of the Scholars’ Education Trust.
