What skills and experience we're looking for
- Be an outstanding practitioner and be on the way to becoming an inspirational leader;
- Have a proven track record of success in raising student attainment;
- Have the ability to develop a love of RP in order to maintain high standards;
- Be a committed team-player, ideally with experience of having led and managed successful teams;
- Fully understand the RP curriculum and local SACRE requirements and have the vision required to raise standards further.
