What skills and experience we're looking for

  • Be an outstanding practitioner and be on the way to becoming an inspirational leader;
  • Have a proven track record of success in raising student attainment;
  • Have the ability to develop a love of RP in order to maintain high standards;
  • Be a committed team-player, ideally with experience of having led and managed successful teams;
  • Fully understand the RP curriculum and local SACRE requirements and have the vision required to raise standards further.
