What skills and experience we're looking for

Required from January 2025. We are looking for an enthusiastic and inspiring teacher to lead and co-ordinate Religion, Philosophy and Ethics. The successful candidate will have the exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated team, develop a thriving Religion, Philosophy and Ethics curriculum across KS3, KS4 and KS5.

You will be an exceptional teacher who is passionate about ensuring the provision of a well-rounded, forward-looking, and exciting curriculum. In addition, you will have the ability to provide guidance, support and advice to staff within the department, taking a leading role in modelling best practice.

Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills are essential together with a proven track record of achievement. The vacancy would suit an ambitious teacher ready to take on a middle leadership role or an existing Religion, Philosophy and Ethics lead seeking a new opportunity.
