• At Key Stage 3: Religious Studies is taught to all year groups.
• At Key Stage 4: Religious Studies is a GCSE (AQA syllabus A) option.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and motivated teacher to lead and develop further this successful and hard-working department. About Great Marlow School
Great Marlow School is a large co-educational secondary school located in the town of Marlow, Buckinghamshire. The school has around 1,300 students aged 11-19, with over 200 attending the sixth form.
Founded in 1961, the school converted to academy status in 2011 and in the last six years has invested £9 million in developing the school facilities including a state of the art sports centre, sixth form centre and performing arts accomodation. The Redgrave Sports Centre was named after former pupil and Olympic rower Sir Steve Redgrave, he opened in the centre in May 2013. The school and the sports centre are a 'hub' of the local community and host events and activities throughout the evenings, weekends and school holidays.
