The Directors are looking to appoint an ambitious Head of School with the experience and confidence to deliver on school improvement.
We are looking for someone who will:

• Develop an innovative and inspiring curriculum
• Uphold the inclusive principles that are integral to our ethos
This post will suit an experienced Headteacher/Head of School looking for exciting new challenges or exceptional deputies who are ready for headship. You will need to provide
evidence of an outstanding 'track record' to date. You will need to be a child centred leader who would relish the opportunity to collaborate with our aspirational families.

Grestone Academy is a 3 - 11 three form entry primary school with a nursery. Located in Handsworth Wood, Birmingham, it is a large primary academy and is outward looking and keen to embrace new ideas and engage with external partners to provide the best for our children. This is an exciting time to be joining Grestone Academy in such a significant leadership role. The recent Ofsted inspection in February 2020 commented that, “Outcomes are improving” and “Staff encourage all pupils to believe in themselves. Pupils are proud of their work.”
