Qualifications and Experience

  • Proven record of leading and supporting staff to improve provision and raise attainment (A/I/R)
  • Experience of similar setting/context (A/R)

The Board of Governors, staff and pupils of Bevington Primary School are seeking to appoint a full time Head of School. The successful candidate will work with the Executive Headteacher.

We are looking for an ambitious and inspirational Head of School with a passion for learning. They can demonstrate excellence throughout their career and a proven record of whole school change.

We are seeking to appoint a Head of School who:

  • has high expectations of pupil achievement and behaviour
  • has an ability to accelerate and deepen pupil progress across the school
  • has excellent interpersonal skills and qualities that motivate parents, children and staff
