We have an exciting and rare opportunity for an experienced Deputy Headteacher or Assistant Headteacher to join Cuddington Croft Primary School as our Head of School.
- Your opportunity
Within GLF Schools, we believe in strong career pathways. Our Head of School role is targeted at an experienced DHT/AHT wanting to develop as a Headteacher, and we feel that his role will give you all of the tools required to support your career development. Using your enthusiasm and proven leadership skills, you will engage all stakeholders within the school community, taking the lead role in the day-to-day oversight of the leadership and management of the school. You will be an outstanding practitioner, who shares best practice, ensures development opportunities for all staff and is passionate about providing excellent standards of teaching and learning to all children. In return, you will be fully supported by an experienced, committed and passionate Executive Headteacher, offered an excellent professional development programme and have the opportunity to network with other local GLF schools and the wider GLF Schools community.
