What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for a candidate who will provide exceptional leadership and management at Enrich Academy; including robust and effective line management and development of the senior leaders.

They will also lead on the Quality of Education within the Academy to ensure that there is delivery of a high-quality provision, whilst securing aspirational outcomes for all pupils.

The successful candidate will work in collaboration with the Executive Headteacher, Local Governing Board (Academy Performance Review Committee) and the Trust Executive Team to set and implement the vision and strategic direction of the school.
