What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking to appoint an exceptional and inspirational Head of School for our primary phase. The Head of School will be passionate about ensuring the achievement of the highest possible personal and educational standards. The role is based in our Primary phase of circa 350 pupils.

The successful candidate will care deeply about the primary curriculum and be ambitious for the school and all its children. You will believe ardently in the power of education to shape Children’s lives.

The successful candidate will work closely under the direction of the Executive Headteacher and maintain and develop an atmosphere and structure where all students and adults are valued and able to achieve excellence and fulfil the school’s high expectations.
