Head of School job summary
Applications are invited for the post of Head of School with responsibility for the day-to-day leadership and management of the school.
We are looking for a visionary leader who inspires and motivates colleagues to provide outstanding teaching and learning. We have published a full candidate pack to support our recruitment is attached below.
This is a fantastic opportunity to become a Head of School of a thriving and friendly school. We currently have 79 pupils on roll, with a planned admission number of 15 per year group and we are looking to appoint an experienced teacher and leader to guide the school forwards to the next phase of growth and success. The role includes a 0.6 class teacher commitment.
Lapford Community Primary School is proud to be part of the Chulmleigh Academy Trust and the successful candidate will join the Senior Leadership Team of the Academy. The new Head of School will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with the Heads of School at Chulmleigh Primary and East Worlington in sharing expertise in a supportive and dynamic way.
