We are seeking to appoint a Head of School who
 Is ambitious, energetic and innovate in delivering our vision and values
 Has high expectations of pupil achievement and behaviour
 an ability to accelerate and deepen pupil progress across the school
 Is committed to raising the achievement of all learners, through equal access and opportunity
 Has excellent interpersonal skills and qualities that motivate parents, children and staff
 Has an ability to further the work of our ASD provision
