The person we are looking for:

To be a fantastic Head of School within the Windsor Learning Partnership you’ll be a multi-talented professional, you’ll have experience as a senior leader and great communication skills; endless enthusiasm, resilience and vision, and a commitment to both the education and achievement of each and every child.

We’ll help you innovate and continue your professional development. You can expect both support and challenge from our Executive Headteacher, as well as access to a range of senior educational professionals across the Trust. With this support behind you, plus supportive parents and a vibrate community, you will be able to become everything you’ve ever wanted to as an educational leader.
