Head of School job summary

The Head of School post will be ideal for an excellent classroom practitioner with strong leadership experience looking for the next stage in their career. The successful candidate will be fully supported by an Executive Headteacher who will be available to provide a high level of advice and take the lead with matters involving finance, staffing, Health and Safety; empowering the Head of School to focus their attention on ensuring the pupils in the school benefit from the highest levels of teaching, learning and curriculum opportunities.

In January 2023, the school joined the Diocese of Worcester Multi Academy Trust (DoWMAT) and now benefits from this dynamic collaborative network of 16 academies and the extensive school improvement support the Trust offers.
