The First Federation Trust is seeking to appoint a Head of School for Salcombe CE Primary (NOR: 102 Age range 2-11). The school is located in the coastal town of Salcombe, which sits on the banks of the Salcombe Estuary and has stunning views of the English Channel. Salcombe is located just 25 miles from Plymouth City Centre.

The Head of School is the educational leader of the school whose core focus is the quality of teaching and learning and works within a highly supportive leadership structure. Salcombe collaborates between schools in the Trust, which has a significant impact on teaching and learning and school improvement.

We are seeking to appoint someone who wants to make a difference for children, hone and develop their leadership skills and work in a distributed leadership system. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a high performing Multi Academy Trust.
