Shooters Grove Primary School is seeking an inspiring, child‑centred Head of School to lead our dedicated team and continue our journey of improvement as we prepare to join INOVA Multi‑Academy Trust in May 2026.

Rated Good by Ofsted (2022), our school has strong community relationships, a caring ethos and a committed staff team. We are looking for a leader who can bring energy, clarity and a collaborative approach—ensuring high‑quality teaching, excellent outcomes and a warm, inclusive culture for all pupils.

The successful candidate will be an ambitious and reflective leader with a strong track record in school improvement, staff development and safeguarding. You will work closely with an Executive Director and benefit from INOVA’s extensive central support, professional development and people‑centred culture.
