Head of School job summary

Faringdon Learning Trust are looking to appoint a Head of School for Shrivenham CE Primary School. We are looking for candidates:

  •  With a clear moral purpose, someone who knows what highly effective primary education should look like and who has the talent, flair and ability to work with the whole community to drive school improvement; 
  • Who can inspire, motivate and challenge children and adults alike; 
  • Who can successfully provide day-to-day leadership and management of a school;  
  • Who will significantly contribute to the delivery of the School’s strategic plan; 
  • You will be: An experienced senior leader with a proven track record of school improvement; 
  • An outstanding, experienced teacher with evidence of highly successful practice; 
  • Experienced in systems, strategic planning and use of data within primary education; and 
  • A successful professional who works with originality, aspiration and resilience.
