Head of School job summary

EMAT has an exciting opportunity for the new post of Head of School on behalf of Southery Academy. The Head of School is a permanent post to start in September 2020.

As the Head of School, you will have a clear focus on continuing to improve teaching and learning. You will have direct responsibility for pupil outcomes and community engagement. You will be the public face for the School. The role is ideal for an aspiring leader, looking to hone their skills and bring their experience to bear with support from the Executive Principal and the Trust. In return the role will offer you:
