‘Helping every child achieve their God-given potential’
St Leonard’s CEP Academy is a wonderful school that serves a community facing widely understood challenges. We are looking for someone to work with the new Executive Head to build and take forward the positive work that has already been undertaken in the school, such as the encouraging improvement in pupil attainment.
We wish to appoint a Head of School who will be keen to grow, learn and share their talents and skills with our community, to ensure our children continue to develop and experience the wonders of life and learning. We want someone who will love our school and our community, and go the extra mile for them every day.
This post is ideal for experienced and ambitious primary leaders who are aspiring to headship. The Trust places significant importance and resource into CPD for all its staff, and has a successful track record in developing senior leaders through to headship, both in and out of the Trust.
If you possess the above qualities, we would like to encourage you to visit the academy to see us in action. Please contact Dominique Lewis 01424 424530 option 4 or email email@example.com to arrange a visit.

About St Leonard's Church of England Primary Academy
We aim to build self confidence and belief in every child's own unique abilities.
Situated in the heart of 1066 Country, St Leonard's Primary provides continuity of education for children aged 4–11. With around 410 pupils from our rich and diverse community, we are committed to helping each child realise their full potential.
Our Christian values are clear in all that we do. We aim to instill in all our children a sense of confidence and belief in their own abilities and to encourage them to be independent and responsible.
As every child arrives at St Leonard's Primary with individual skills and knowledge, we understand that they will learn and develop in different ways and at different rates. This is why the curriculum is regularly reviewed and refined, in order that it includes, challenges and motivates all learners.
Above all, we want to be a place in which pupils and staff have fun and enjoy their days at the Academy. This is a relaxed, safe and happy environment where everybody knows your name and something about you.
By the time children leave St Leonard’s Primary Academy they are well equipped for their lifelong learning ahead of them.
