Head of School job summary

‘Helping every child achieve their God-given potential’

St Leonard’s CEP Academy is a wonderful school that serves a community facing widely understood challenges. We are looking for someone to work with the new Executive Head to build and take forward the positive work that has already been undertaken in the school, such as the encouraging improvement in pupil attainment.

We wish to appoint a Head of School who will be keen to grow, learn and share their talents and skills with our community, to ensure our children continue to develop and experience the wonders of life and learning. We want someone who will love our school and our community, and go the extra mile for them every day.

This post is ideal for experienced and ambitious primary leaders who are aspiring to headship. The Trust places significant importance and resource into CPD for all its staff, and has a successful track record in developing senior leaders through to headship, both in and out of the Trust.

If you possess the above qualities, we would like to encourage you to visit the academy to see us in action. Please contact Dominique Lewis 01424 424530 option 4 or email dlewis@stpaulsceacademy.org to arrange a visit.
