Head of School job summary
The Board of Directors invites applications for the role of Head of School for January 2025. This is an exceptional opportunity to lead a rapidly improving school with a strong senior leadership team as it progresses on its journey to securing strong outcomes for all.
Stuart Bathurst Catholic High School has recently received its Ofsted inspection, securing good in all areas. A strengthened and extended senior leadership team, an experienced Executive Principal supporting the journey of the school and increased investment in infrastructure has seen Stuart Bathurst Catholic High School make secure progress in key areas going from strength to strength.
The new Head of School will be a practising Catholic, have a proven track record of building and maintaining excellent relationships with staff and students, whilst setting challenging goals that motivate and foster continued improvement.
The successful candidate will possess strong intellectual abilities, first class strategic and communication skills and a track record of whole school leadership.
Stuart Bathurst Catholic High School is a diverse school with high levels of deprivation, the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate strong progress with disadvantaged pupils.
