Head of School job summary
As Head of School, you will:
- Work closely with the Executive Headteacher to drive school improvement and maintain high standards.
- Lead on teaching and learning, ensuring an engaging and inclusive curriculum.
- Support staff professional learning and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Champion safeguarding and wellbeing for all pupils.
- Be a visible, approachable leader who inspires confidence in pupils, staff, and families.
- Be the day-to-day face of the school for parents, pupils and staff.
- Support the work of the Executive Headteacher across more than one school as required.
