• able to inspire and motivate students to ensure all meet or exceed expectations;
• able to contribute significantly to the strategic direction of the Academy and wider trust;
• strong on vision, able to communicate and enthuse staff and implement ideas

Uplands Academy converted to an Academy in September 2022 and became a member of the MARK Education Trust (formally Beacon Community College Academy Trust).
