This role provides a platform to lead a distinct and dynamic primary school while benefiting from the strategic support of our Executive Head and wider Cambrian Learning Trust team.

As a visionary leader, the Head of School will be responsible for the day-to-day management, teaching and learning, and operational success of the school. They will develop and implement strategic plans, inspire and empower staff through professional development, support constructive partnerships with parents and carers and foster an ethos of high standards, accountability, and collaboration among staff, pupils, and the wider community.
