Vacancy: Head of Science

We are looking to appoint a creative, enthusiastic and inspiring Head of Science to lead an effective department to ensure that all students make excellent progress and achieve well at Key Stages 3 and 4. If you are an outstanding, enthusiastic and ambitious teacher or aspiring leader who has the ability to teach across all key stages, please get in touch. We welcome applications from candidates who can demonstrate a passion for teaching Science, a commitment to promoting high-quality teaching and learning within this department, the ability to promote Science across the curriculum and successfully lead and inspire students and staff to be the best they can be.
The successful candidate will work closely with other teachers and leaders in the academy, as well as across Ormiston Academies Trust to secure excellent outcomes for our children.
Salary: MPS/UPS+ TLR1 £8,712
Start Date: September 2023
