Head of SEND and Additional Needs job summary
The successful candidate will lead and deliver an exceptionally high standard of SEND and Inclusion provision to make a real difference to the lives of pupils and help us generate the capacity for further exciting change and development in teaching and learning within our school.
As well as being a highly motivated individual who wants to take on an important middle leadership role you will have excellent leadership and management skills, be able to demonstrate a firm dedication to SEND education as well as proven experience of identifying, evaluating and providing effective strategies for pupils with SEND and other vulnerable groups. There are opportunities for further progression for the right candidate.
