What skills and experience we're looking for

The ideal candidate will have substantial experience working within a SEND department and will demonstrate:

  • The ability to support the department in delivering the highest standards of care and support for our pupils across Years 7-11.
  • A strong understanding of current SEND practices and effective intervention strategies.
  • The capability to work with students of varying abilities, providing tailored support across both key stages.
  • Dedication to upholding Loreto High School’s high expectations and core values.
  • The determination to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our students.
  • A collaborative spirit and a genuine desire to contribute to the development of our department and the progress of our students.
