You would be working with a committed and passionate Head of Faculty who has ensured our students are making excellent progress in both languages.
We are excited to offer you this opportunity to join our Venture team. This post offers experienced teachers a fantastic step in your career in an outstanding academy that places equal value on enjoyment and achievement. The role includes working with our Head of Faculty to deliver the highest quality curriculum with a focus on leading on Spanish. This requires a strong practitioner who is ready to lead within a curriculum area. A TLR is available for this post, this will be discussed at interview.

Purpose of the job
As a Teacher you are required to be competent in all elements of the Teacher Standards, to discharge the Teachers Responsibilities as set out in the Contractual Framework for Teachers of the School Teachers Pay and Conditions Document and to act in accordance with the School’s ethos, policies and practices, under the direction of the Principal.
Your focus will be on leading curriculum development, delivery and impact. You will focus on ensuring the progress for all students in MFL by working with other teachers and leaders across the organisation. You will support colleagues to deliver their curriculum to the very highest standards and build on the quality of MFL in the local area. This is a unique, exciting opportunity for career development towards wider school leadership.
