Head of Student Achievement (Pastoral) job summary

This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, driven and qualified teacher and experienced middle leader to lead our pastoral team, working closely with the Assistant Principal for Behaviour and Attitudes.

Opportunities are arising in our school as we extend key stage 3 into year 9, because several staff have gained promotions, and because some staff are having to relocate - one even to New Zealand! We will miss them all but look forward to welcoming new team members.

Our ambitious and emerging Multi Academy Trust currently comprises of three secondary academies serving nearly 4000 young people. Two academies are situated in Rotherham and one in Derbyshire
