- £30,000.00 - £46,525.00 Annually (FTE) School Teachers Terms & Conditions pay range. You will also be rewarded a TLR 2b of for your responsibilities as Head of Department, with an annual value of £5,349. A Recruitment and Retention allowance is also awarded to this post for the duration of employment of £4,000
