What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for a committed and talented Head of Year available to join us in September 2024 or sooner. You will be responsible for improving outcomes both academically and pastorally within your year group as well as ensuring attendance targets are met. A proven ability to build successful relationships with parents and key stakeholders is also an essential requirement for the role.
