We are looking to appoint a well-qualified and highly motivated pastoral leader to the permanent role of Head of Year at Kingsbury Green Academy. Applications from teachers of all subjectswill be considered.

• inspire the year group and lead every student to achieve more than they ever thought possible
• lead and develop an effective team of tutors to ensure all the students in the year group are fully cared for and thriving
• play a leading role in the promotion of the school House system to further strengthen the school community
• model excellence in day-to-day leadership and management through living the values of our school
