Wildern School is a large over-subscribed secondary school in Hedge End, Southampton that believes every student matters and every moment counts.
Due to the internal promotion of the existing postholder we are seeking to appoint a new Head of Year (Director of Progress and Achievement), whilst the post is from September 2022 there may be an opportunity for an Easter start.

We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced colleague who can demonstrate outstanding communication and leadership skills, who is able to recognise the talents in every child and has high aspirations for all. The successful applicant will join an extremely dedicated and creative pastoral team who make valuable contributions to whole school development and the continual improvement of our school.
