We are seeking to appoint a
self-motivated, enthusiastic and energetic Head of Year to work within the
school’s established and effective Pastoral Team and lead a cohort of 240
Taking key responsibility for a
whole year group, the Head of Year will promote the excellent behaviour,
personal development, progress and welfare of all pupils so that they can
realise their full potential. The post-holder
will have a visible presence as the lead figure for their allocated year group
and will promote high expectations, high standards and a positive culture and
ethos that praises and celebrates all aspects of pupil achievement.
