Do you have the drive, passion and commitment to deliver outstanding support? We have a number of opportunities to join a dedicated team of staff at Ellesmere Park High School, part of Consilium Academies who are committed to providing the best possible education for our pupils.
The role of the Head of Year will be to monitor, track and support all students in their year group to contribute to raising achievement, attendance and behaviour for students at Ellesmere Park High School.
You will provide pastoral care for students and be the first port of call for parents/carers. As a Head of Year, you will work closely with Attendance and Behaviour Leads to coordinate interventions for students and tracking progress. You will lead a team of Form Tutors in encouraging pupil’s academic, emotional, and social well-being.
