About the Role

This position offers the chance to lead a year group with full responsibility for its pastoral welfare, behaviour standards, and student development. You’ll work closely with SLT, families and staff to create a culture of aspiration, integrity and personal growth, empowering every student to become a successful citizen in tomorrow’s world.

You’ll also play a key safeguarding role, mentor tutors, lead weekly assemblies, and take an active part in building positive school-home partnerships and student attendance.
