Due to the internal promotion of a colleague an exciting opportunity has arisen for us to appoint an exceptional Head of Year (KS3/4) to join our pastoral team and help support and guide our students.
We are looking for an inspirational teacher who has the ability to develop students academically and nurture their wellbeing and character in this vital pastoral role. We invite applications from candidates who are new to the role and from those who already have experience. As a Head of Year, you will have the opportunity to lead your team of form tutors, line manage your Pastoral Assistant and contribute to the school’s drive to create a culture of excellence.
