What skills and experience we're looking for

Elizabeth Garrett Anderson School, an outstanding school for girls, we are recruitingfor the following non-teaching role. This role requires experience of working with young people and a determination to bring out the best in our students and a chance to make a difference.

This in an incredibly exciting position, where the pace of change and improvement is rapid. We are therefore looking for a member of staff who has a desire to be a part of an outstanding team and help us ensure that every student really can succeed in whatever field they choose regardless of their background or starting point.

The role is to support the senior leadership team and pastoral teams to ensure our students are able to be successful learners. The successful candidate will work alongside a member of the Senior Leadership Team.
