Head of Year (non-teaching) job summary
We would like to appoint an organised non-teaching professional to fulfil the role of Head of Year as part of our extensive pastoral team. The role may suit a graduate wishing to gain experience in a school setting. The successful candidate will have a positive attitude, a flexible approach and be able to work under their own initiative. The role is managed over 52 weeks per year, however time in lieu can be accrued for events and meetings held outside of normal weekly working hours and taken back during academy holidays.
