Moreton School are seeking to appoint an outstanding, dynamic and highly committed non-teaching Head of Year to join our wonderful school, where the standards are high and strive for excellence and can provide a transformational education for all of our students. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated and inspirational person to make a significant contribution to the leadership, management and organisation of a year group. You will work within our outstanding and highly supportive pastoral team as well as working alongside the Attainment Standards Leader for the Year Group.
The successful individual will :-
• be passionate about making a real difference in the lives of our
students
• have experience of working with young people and prior school
experience would be an advantage
• provide outstanding pastoral care that reduces barriers to learning.
• have a commitment to supporting young people to maximise both
their academic and personal potential.
