We are looking to appoint someone to develop and embed an ethos of high expectations, outstanding attitudes to learning and exemplary conduct within the Year Group, as well as develop strong professional relationships with students and parents.
We pride ourselves on the quality of our pastoral care and the relationships we develop with students and parents. We are looking for a highly motivated and creative individual with a passion for improving life chances of young people to ensure all students can achieve more than they think possible and become learners in what is an ever-changing world.
The Academy is part of Scholars’ Education Trust creating a formal link with Sir John Lawes School (OFSTED Outstanding). We offer an innovative induction programme and a professional development programme both at Robert Barclay Academy and across the Trust, recognising that our staff are the key to our success.
