Full-time

Start date: September 2024

We are looking for a teacher seeking to develop the pastoral side of their career, to join our high-performing Pastoral team. Our Heads of Year are supported by a very professional team of associate staff, including a school counsellor, family support worker, behaviour specialists and administrators.

Your excellence as a teacher, and your capability or potential as a pastoral leader, will be more important than your particular subject specialism.

Our OFSTED grading has recently been confirmed as Outstanding (November 2023) and the inspection team have written that:

‘Staff say that they are very well supported. Staff feel valued. They have high praise for how leaders look after the staff’s well-being and their workload.’

‘A school of exceptional quality.’

‘Pupils meet leaders’ exceptionally high expectations for their work, personal development and behaviour.’

‘A highly ambitious curriculum is in place for all pupils. A broad and rich curriculum prepares pupils exceptionally well.’
