St Michael’s Catholic School are seeking a teacher with the passion and ethos required to lead the pastoral care of students across our Catholic school in High Wycombe.

Leading a year group of students, you will be one of the most important people in the lives of the young people you are called serve through this role, establishing the culture and a true sense of belonging for all. You will be the fiercest advocate for the wellbeing of the students in your care, ensuring their talents shine through a commitment to high standards and a level of care that is unparalleled. Every child remembers their Head of Year!

You will be a visible presence across the community, leading with love, courage, professionalism, and good humour. You will have a particular concern for any student who is disadvantaged in any way and you will see it as your mission that no child is left behind.

Your presence will inspire and reassure in equal measure.
