Opportunities:
• Many of our Heads of Years have gone on to join ours or other leadership teams either as Extended SLT, Associate Assistant Principals or Assistant Principals. All have become Level 3 trained in Safeguarding and one is currently taking the SENCO qualification. We are very keen to support and develop them into Senior Leadership roles.
Facilities:
• We have a great Pastoral base which forms the hub of our Pastoral area. This is a fantastic team environment and we support each other to be the best we can be.

• We’re a really exciting and interesting place to be. We have a large number of very bright and able students and a higher-than-average percentage of EAL, SEN and PP students.
• Staff and students are very positive and it’s a vibrant and exciting place to work.
• We have an outstanding, brand-new gym that is used regularly by staff, and this term we have staff competitions in netball, football and badminton.
• We have an obstacle course that we’ve built on the school site and are looking to build a climbing wall that both staff and students can use.
