What skills and experience we're looking for
For January 2025 (earlier if available) we are looking to appoint a Head of Year to our developing pastoral team.
The Head of Year will be working with a dedicated team of tutors and support staff in a very motivating, forward-thinking environment. Our school is committed to providing excellent CPD at all levels, including weekly teaching and learning development for all and progression programmes for each career stage, from ECT to leadership.
This role is offered at TMS/UPS plus TLR2c (currently £7847) and will be supported by a reduced teaching load. The ability to teach Science and or Social sciences would be an advantage.
