What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Head of Year who is innovative and inspiring, who will focus on the management, support and continuation of students’ experiences, whilst at Stourport High School & VIth Form College. The Head of Year role will be responsible for providing direct support in the leadership and management of a year group, working closely with the Assistant Principal in charge of Behaviour and Attitudes. This includes monitoring and reporting the pastoral profile of students, with a focus on supporting the school’s core values and rules and setting high standards for behaviour, attendance and punctuality.
