Maiden Erlegh Chiltern Edge is looking for a passionate and motivated individual to join our middle leadership team as a Head of Year. This role is suitable for someone ready to take their first steps into a pastoral leadership role. Support from other Heads of Year and our Assistant Headteacher will ensure the successful candidate transitions into our school for a January 2025 start.

A new Headteacher joined the school in January 2024 with an exciting vision for a small school at the heart of its community. Staff and students alike value the team approach and positive relationships which the school fosters. The successful candidate will be well supported in their transition into the school.
