What skills and experience we're looking for

To support us on the next exciting stage of our development, we are looking to appoint two Head of Years to our dynamic team. Particular year group will be decided upon with the successful candidates.

This follows the appointment of a new Assistant Principal for behaviour and attitudes, a new behaviour policy and the increasing of expectations of all young people. There has been a significant increase in the proportion of staff at the academy who say they are now better supported with behaviour and pastoral care over the last two terms and we are committed to improving even further. The Head of Year appointment is a key part of this.

What the school offers its staff

That is why our Academy is a vibrant learning community giving you the potential to accelerate both your teaching and leadership career.

We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children. As part of this process, all successful applicants are required to apply for an enhanced DBS disclosure.
