Head Teacher job summary

Gilbert Inglefield Academy are seeking to appoint a dynamic, inspirational and visionary Head Teacher from April 2019 to take our already good school on the next stage of its journey.

Group 4 School Level 21-27 (negotiable)
The successful candidate will have:
• Proven leadership and management skills with the ability to communicate this vision to pupils, parents and staff
• Drive in forward teaching and learning so all pupils are able to reach their full potential
• The ability to adapt to an ever changing educational world.
• The skills to be an excellent communicator with parents, pupils, staff and the wider community
• The ability to be a Leader of Learning who will promote a positive attitude in staff and pupils
