The Role – Your Key Responsibilities:

As Head Teacher, you will:

  • Lead with Vision and Purpose – Set and drive a clear strategic direction for the school, ensuring outstanding outcomes for all pupils
  • Raise Standards and Achievement – Inspire high-quality teaching and learning, creating an engaging and ambitious curriculum
  • Develop a Culture of Excellence – Foster a school environment where children feel safe, supported, and challenged to achieve their best
  • Empower and Develop Staff – Lead and inspire a high-performing team, ensuring staff well-being, professional development, and accountability
  • Engage with the Community – Build strong partnerships with parents, carers, governors, and the wider community to enrich the school’s provision
